This contract was the construction of 23 Nr WwTWs in the Western and Southern Water Service Divisions.

All sites used the Rotating Biological Contactor process for treatment and contained sludge storage and pumping facilities for 30 days, inlet screening for grit and grease removal, storm flow treatment, control buildings and standby generation.
In addition, the contract included the upgrade of local sewerage networks. Phased construction often allowed the new works to be constructed within the existing site boundary.
