The work covered pipes ranging in size between 300mm and 450mm diameter, installed through both public roads and private land, starting from Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo, passing through Garranlahan, Co. Roscommon, and finishing in Williamstown, Co. Galway.
Further work involved construction of a new Pumping Station at Ballyhaunis SR and a new Pumping Station/Chlorine Dosing facility/New .ML Reservoir at Garranlahan SR site.
